I use Clipbook a lot. Usually when I paste a clip it works fine. Sometimes nothing happens. Sometimes I get a "v" (which is my hotkey to paste a clip). Sometimes I get |. Sometimes I get the clip with a lot of unnecessary codes. It needs to be fixed.

Many pdf's do not import correctly. The File > Open PDF feature needs to be updated. Note that Corel PaintShop Pro does an excellent job of importing PDFs. Perhaps you could borrow the necessary PDF importing from PaintShop Pro.

I was told to get support it would be done by email, not voice which is a change. that is poor procedure.
