I have a master document with 46 subdocuments. Expand Master does not work. i've tried expanding all, expanding only a few, expanding 10. Expanding 5 worked. then when i tried to expand 5 more, WP hung. I upgraded today to 2021 version. no change....

Right now, if you dismiss a warning with "Don't show this again", there's no way to get it back from within WordPerfect. A simple one click button to restore all warnings would solve this.
