Purchased WordPerfect 2021. Following instructions, have tried for an hour to create macro with merely my name. Type it in, then compile and save, but always get cryptic error message. The feature is non-functional.

The question isn't why---its when. I suggest at least a right click AI for composing with detail [that means "prompt"] optional. Rather, an entirely grouped feature.
