my idea is to junk version 21.

not responding is it favorite operation. There is no way to repair it without removal from the computer and reinstalling which looses all your previous work. Between this version and microsoft which does not like to work with WP anyway it becomes a waste of time to try to use. My recommendation is to junk it. I have been a costumer of WP since dos days but there has to be a better program somewhere and I hope to find it. after version 21 our relationship is done.
