problems with page settings

I have been using WP2021 for over a year and haven't had any problems. But recently, I have been having problems with page/margin settings changing to small font, compact printing. (see photo) I have tried everything and nothing works. I have contacted Brother, Microsoft, and now Corel. I use this program for my business and it is extremely important I get this solved as soon as possible. Thank you
