WP 21 draws a black box outside the window

Problem:
A black box is displayed outside the WP window, from the border onto the adjacent monitor resembling a broken LCD screen.

Steps to reproduce:
Open WP 21 with empty document
Open Tools
Open Theausaurus/Dictionary
Adjust the height of the bottom section belonging to Theausaurus/Dictionary

Result: A black window will be drawn outside the main window with lines resembling a broken LCD screen. Will not show up on recording and will dissapear if a window is moved through the area.
