WP program crashes on copy to clipboard

Beginning over last weekend, I encountered a major problem with my 21.0.0.194 version of WordPerfect. Whenever I select text, and then hit CTRL-C, or right-click and choose Copy, or click on the icon for Copy on the top menu bar, the entire program crashes. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the program twice, and I've downloaded patches from your website, but nothing works. I need a fix, please!!
