histogram chart improvement in Quattrapro

In Quattrapro, inserting a chart with histgram choice, the frequecy range is from the lowest frequency to the highest. This is misleading. In a basic statistics course, you learn the lower level should be zero. Example: With a range of 1 to 4, a frequecy of 2 should look half the size of 4, but it doesn't, it looks one-third the size.
