I can't open a PDF file!

I get a message ( please see attached) saying cannot open it.

It is the sole reason I purchased WordPerfect. I see in the comments, that a person brought this to your attention 2 years ago. On your website, it says you can open PDF files.

I want a refund.

    1. Sometimes, you need to use File -> Open to open a document.

    2. WordPerfect 2021 Home & Student can’t open PDF files.

    You should have used the trial version before buying the software.
