Incremental zoom

I'm sorry to bring up the competition, but in all MS products, I can zoom in or out in fine (small) incrrments. In WP 21, I can select any zoom setting I want, but I'll only get either too small or way to big - nothing in between. Please, please improve the zoom functionality to work more like MS-Word/Excell/PPnt

    It's also annoying as hell that I have to go through a three-level menu to get to zoom settings, only to find out that it didn't actually work, and go back again, and again, and again....
