Page Colors

In the Tools section of WordPerfect I'm noticing there is no real easy way to change the pages from White to any color that I'd like them to be. For example, in Presentations there are all these colors available to choose from to make our Presentations pages colored. So why can't we do this in WordPerfect? It Should be simple and there needs to be a tool bar for this. Speaking of Toolbars.... When I want to have my toolbars compressed...when I unlock the toolbar, I should be able to drag one toolbar up to the next toolbar row so the toolbars are on the same line when they have room to be on the same line/row. Instead they pop out and are unable to merge onto the upper line even if there is space for them to merge. Please update WordPerfect to have these two abilities!
