Better support would be MOST welcome to me! When I first started using WP way back in the 1980s support was on the phone, free and unlimited. It was so helpful and the staff was well versed in the software. It would also be immensely helpful to have thorough user manuals describing in complete detail step by step instructions as to how to do things. A 20 year 2nd tier tech support guy told me he was still learning about stuff WP can do. WHAT is the point of having features that noone is aware of? Better written support would eliminate some need to contact Tech support.
