I had a four page document to shrink into 3 pages, and it got hung on Pass 1, churned and churned before it returned "non responsive." I tried about four times, and each time it reported it as an Error to Microsoft. It used to work in earlier additions, and I looked to see if there was an upgrade or patch and there is not. I went to Control Panel to see if I could Repair it, but I thought it better to have a extra page that maybe wrecking the application. Using WP2021.
