About a week ago I bought and installed the new 2021 version of WordPerfect Office. I am having some trouble with the menus. For instance, when I select the Window tab at the top, I get a list of all the open documents (as I always have), but I can no longer choose one — that is, I can scroll down and highlight the file, but the document window does not switch. Likewise, when I select Edit, Convert Case, none of the options can be selected. Is there a timeline for fixing these problems?
