Add Small Caps to the property bar

WP 2020 has subscript and superscript on the property bar. Please add small caps too. there is plenty of room. I have tried adding it myself, which is possible, but I can't get it to work like the preinstalled ones do. I have to highlight the text before I can add the formatting and it would be better to be able to turn it on and off right from the property bar and just be able to turn it on, type and turn it off.
