Allow Unicode in Quattro Pro

Currently, adding Unicode characters into a Quattro Pro sheet via typing or copy/pasting is pretty much a no-go. We have a customer who wants to be able to add Hebrew and Greek words into Quattro Pro. Normally I direct the customer to this site to add their own entry here, but this request came in via a paper letter.
