Paradox is great at querying older SQL databases like Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and returning the result set in Paradox. Over the years, new data types have been added to SQL Server and Paradox cannot query the new data types. Paradox's usefulness could be extended greatly if Corel hired Progress.com to update their DataDirect ODBC Driver so Paradox can be used with all versions of SQL.
